The purpose of these Conditions is to regulate the operation and use of the website , namely the process of ordering, selling, paying and delivering purchases made on it, with the parties agreeing that such issues are regulated exclusively by these Conditions, to the exclusion of any other conditions previously available on the website .

C) PLACING ONLINE ORDERS

  1. To make purchases through the website , the User must register as a customer by creating a personal account by filling out a form for this purpose. D) AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING

  5. In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, Ecoxperience may propose to the User the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if available, and, also in this case, the order will only proceed after consent given by the User.
  6. In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, and it is not possible to offer the User any product of equivalent quality and price, or if the User has not given their consent to change the order initially placed, Ecoxperience will refund the amounts paid by the User, within a maximum period of fourteen days after notification of cancellation.
  7. Ecoxperience only ships on business days. Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account when estimating delivery of orders. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
  8. Any delay in the dispatch of items, given the estimated dates presented, which are merely indicative, does not entitle the User to any compensation.

E) RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION AND GUARANTEES

  1. Any order contract made on this website can be freely terminated, in accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, with the User being the one who must bear the return costs. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, properly packaged and sealed, if applicable, without any sign of use, otherwise the return will not be accepted nor the respective refund processed, being the product will be sent back to the initial shipping address.
  3. Goods for which the law provides for their exclusion are excluded from the right to free resolution, with emphasis on sealed goods, not subject to return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, when opened after delivery.
  4. Ecoxperience does not accept any returns sent postage paid or cash on delivery.
  5. Once the return is accepted, Ecoxperience undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of the communication of resolution, in accordance with article 12 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, or the business day following receipt of the returned product, whichever comes last. The refund amount is only that which was actually paid by the User, and no promotional discount codes that the User may have used will be refunded.
  6. The refund method for the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of credit card and PayPal payments, refunds are credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, when IBAN information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account.   9. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is higher than the initial value of the order, the User must cover the difference, using one of the payment methods available on the website .

In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8, all products sold on the website are covered by a guarantee of conformity of the goods corresponding to a period of two years from the date of the invoice. Therefore, if the purchased product is defective, the User must communicate the situation to Ecoxperience, informing their order number and the description of the defect. The costs of returning or collecting items within the warranty period are borne by Ecoxperience. Upon receipt of the item by Ecoxperience, it is checked and, in the event of any lack of conformity, the item is replaced. In this case, Ecoxperience will replace the item and send it again to the User's address at no additional cost.

Products and equipment that have exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or present defects caused by abnormal wear, improper use or installation, bad weather, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents, poor handling, infiltration of moisture/liquids, are considered to be outside the warranty conditions. use of non-original accessories and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel.
